Cylinder exchange in three steps
Supply
We deliver refillable ion exchange resin cylinders sized to your EDM operation.
Run
Your machines run on a steady supply of deionised water until the resin is exhausted.
Exchange
We collect your spent cylinders and replace them with fresh units filled with virgin resin.

We use high-performance, mixed-bed ion exchange resin specifically designed for use in the EDM process.
Strong Base Anion Resin (Type I, OH⁻ form)

Strong Acid Cation Resin (H⁺ form)
- • Capacity: ≥1.8 eq/L
- • Moisture: 52 ± 3%
